We would announce that the first version of HELMoffline has been released today.

HELMoffline

Features:

1) Domains listing
2) DBs listing for particular domain
3) Backup a database
4) Auto update feature

Requirments:
1) .NET framework 1.1

Installation:
- Just extract the zip file contents in a folder and run the .exe file

Good luck Smile

I would say that this is a great piece of software for customers.

The ListBox which list the domain name and databases should be bigger and wider. At present, this is too small.

The progress bar which displays while doing a backup process is good.

What about the restore utility? I think it will be available in the next build.

Not completely white labeled though...

Helmoffline.exe properties show Company as HostingFest.

Recommendations;

(1) Setup.helm must be encrypted as password are stored in text format.

(2) Show process happening ( %age completed or KiloBytes received)

Yes the next build will be a bug fix release + restore utility addition maybe within the next 24 hours.

Is this the Access problem or something new? I just migrated my hosting customers to TheCoolServer the begining of this week.

I guess that you have to open the .config file and remove the [b]add key value/b] line

The server should be desktop.thecoolserver.com

Raise a ticket if you still have problems. Smile

When you select a domain, give it time to load the dbs listed in that domain. HELMOffline will list dbs according to the selected domain.

-Looking forward to the "restore" module with bated breaths. If it will allow pickup of backuped-data, FTPed to domain folder, that would be amazing.
