The default mail handler for WordPress returns "The e-mail could not be sent. Possible reason: your host may have disabled the mail() function..." I have installed the wpPHPMailer plugin, which allows you to specify an SMTP server to bypass the sendmail function. It doesn't return an error, but I don't get any email either. I tried "localhost", the FQDN of my blog, and the FQDN of the database server. What server should I use, and what (if any) authentication?

You have to create POP email in your HELM. Use this account for authentication to send emails. You should supply the whole email address / password

I was told the mail() function was disabled and I had to use the PHPMAILER plugin to get it to work. Same on the Linux accounts.
