We have upgraded to the latest beta of HELM yesterday to test and iron out the issues in the new HELM feature of creating ColdFusion DSN's within HELM. We are currently working with WHA to make sure that this feature is made in such a way so as to suit our needs. We will be adding this feature to all reseller/shared plans soon.

Because the current version of HELM is beta therefore it may have some issues and we are sorry if it causes any problems at your end. Please open a ticket if you face any issues.

UPDATE: This is no more relevant and ColdFusion DSN's are working across all servers
