Hello,

Just had one more question. If the 99.9% uptime guarantee is not met (for whatever reason), what would your customers expect to receive in compensation? Refunds? Credits? Anything else?

Cheers

Man

Actually we offer the Guaranteed Uptime of 99.7% and not 99.9% our designer was asked us to change that yesterday so that it can be put on the homepage.

Designers love these figures of 9999's and they like to put them there, but we have to back up what we say, Our earlier design was correct. This is a new design put up recently.

We will refund 10% of the monthly fee if the uptime is between 99% and 99.7%.
25% if the uptime is between 97%-99%.
50% if the uptime is between 95%-97%.
and 100% if any lower.

Hopefully this answers your Question.

Wow! That's good! My other hosting provider had a 24 hour downtime and I got nothing in return. Too bad it came when one of my big clients wanted to see my portfolio and had to ask to postpone the visit.

of course though .3% of 1 year = 1.0957266 days so if that was the only downtime with your previpus host you had during a full year you wouldn't actually have been entitled to anything back on the agreement here. but that's still a very good uptime guarentee.
