A useful addition to the applications perhaps?

I notice you use Intellodesk for support which works well for me as a customer but some of the shareware apps look interesting, CRM-CTT for example for my small needs or a minimal version of Cerberus.

Are you planning anything in this area?

We may be able to offer SmarterTickets for free to our customers depending upon what SmarterTools say on this issue. If you want it urjently open a ticket we may have one or two licences which we will transfer to you.

Well, CRM-CTT installed very nicely but only got as far as producing a blank screen, so I abandoned that line of research.

Then I found Cerberus, free for 1 support team of up to 3 staff.

What might be interesting, from a web hoster's point of view is this:

I have already looked at this product we were quite serious about it but then we abondoned the idea.

About CRM-CTT could you please open a ticket with support. Give them the domain and directory to install it + database name + user/password of the db + Download URL of that application.

The ticket will take time but we will install it ourselves if even remotely possible.
