Great Service, have two recommendations,
(1) If you have a up-time monitor on the Servers, it would be great if you could share the URL, so we can also check it.
(2) Greatly appreciate scheduled maintenance, upgrades and such information via email prior to event.

Yes you have hit us in the right place we lag behind in keeping and maintaing a mailing list and we will soon have it, The forums are another way that we have opened so that clients are kept informed, I would like everyone to subsribe to the RSS feed of atleast the Announcement & Service Announcement Section. For uptime monitoring we are using third party services.

I concur with Andy.
I very much appreciate the scheduled maintenance. And the forum is an excellent resource. I also agree that it would be nice if you had a url where we could see uptime.

Even without an "official" solution, you can always use host-tracker.com, uppanel.com, or siteuptime.com. All of them have free basic plans. A notification system within the hostingfest network would be unreliable anyway - if the servers go down or are unreachable, the tracking and notification system would also be unavailable. ;-) Edited by user Monday, February 20, 2006 6:41:06 AM(UTC)

I would suggest to go one step further. Can we have RSS Feeds for server status etc. so that reseller can publish them on their main sites?

Server Status in one form or another would be available in a week, keep your suggestions rolling in.
