I'm getting the following error message when I try to update/delete/add a new MS SQL Server 2005 database from the HELM control panel

Unable to update database user. Please try again or contact support.

I got this error message lot of times and it is very hard to contact support each and every time.

I'm here at HF to get good hosting experience.

Can the admin rectify this problem? I'm sure that they have installed full version of SQL Server and not trial version as SD did.

This was fixed before you open this thread. :doubt:

Also, when you have an issue either you have to raise a ticket or to post in the correct place (support issues) part.
