I've been using hostinfest for just under 6 months, i thought i'd just say that i've been very impressed with the quality of service, support and reliability of the service. Over this period any problems that have popped up have been dealt with very quickly and in a friendly reassuring manner.

Performace, reliability and most impressively the range and flexibility of services supported is truely excellent. i really can't recommend hostingfest much more highly.

It looks like the members mailing list is on its way which personally i think will help to communicate planned maintenance and down time better. I'd write a big list of things they could do to improve, but i can't think of anything else. Maybe a server status monitoring service...
