I set up a new account yesterday morning, but it still says pending. I never received an activation email, and double-checked my spam folder, but nothing from hostingfest. I did get the email for forum registration, but not the activation email.

So, I opened up a trouble ticket - 1026 - but no one has owned/responded to that in 25 hours.

Any help would be appreciated.

However, I just checked the ticket, and there is still no reply. Not sure why the reply doesn't show up for me.

I have the same problem. I have paid on 5nov. Today is 7nov and no welcome email. I have opened a ticket - OIY-918801 - no reply.
Should this be funny?
