Custom php setting for domain

I need to do few custom php setting for Joomla on my domain on Windows server like,

magic_cuotes_gpc must be "ON"
register_globals must be "OFF"

Can anyone suggest how I can do it ?
If you have a copy of the server php.ini please post it here.

In the latest version of php 4.4.x register_globals are off by default due to security issues.
