These are our current global settings comments are welcome. Many users asked for it and asked for standardization so here they are:

Filtering Weights:
10 Bayesian Filtering
0-30 SPF
10 Reverse DNS
10 CBL Composite
15 Distributed Sender Blackhole
10 Sorbs DNSBL
10 SpamCannibal
15 SpamCop
10 SpamHaus SBL+XBL

Filtering Actions based on Weight gained.
10 Action Add to Subject: SPAM-LOW:
20 Action Add to Subject: SPAM-MED:
30 Action Move to Junk Mail Folder

Blocking Weights:
0-30 SPF
10 Reverse DNS
10 CBL Composite
15 Distributed Sender Blackhole
10 Sorbs DNSBL
10 SpamCannibal
15 SpamCop
10 SpamHaus SBL+XBL

Blocking Action based on Weight gained.
35 Action Mail Delivery Blocked/Not Permitted.

Filtering Actions and weights can be changed on per domain basis by logging into the mail@domain account which is automatically created upon the creation of domain and is the email administrator for that domain.

I only see an option to change the actions based on the weights. Should we also be able to change the actual weight amounts?

Remember when you will login into webmail using mail @ domain.com it should show the following in the upper left corner

(Domain Administrator)

You will see an additional menu through which you should be able to configure domain wide settings. If you do not see that menu item then you are logged into normal webmail and your account is not a domain admin. In that case open a ticket for us to make the user you request a domain admin. A Domain admin will be able to change weights as well, and his settings will affect all accounts in the domain.

A normal webmail user will also see spam settings options but he will not be able to change weights only change actions for his particular account.

Hopefully this clears up many things.
