Due to various issues with the current support desk such a lost tickets we are moving to a new one, which has been deployed at http://supportdesk.hostingfest.com. The current support desk will be available at the location of http://support.hostingfest.com for the next 48 hours.

It is recomended that the new support desk be utilized for new tickets.
