Are you guys using ClientExec now? Will our current accounts be setup through there?
I will be needing to change my CC info as we got a new card and I'm not sure how to do that with 2CO.
Just curious.

Yes we are using clientexec now. Do you want to change the cc for a transaction for which you are on automatter recurrent?

Yeah. My first reseller plan - and I guess my Linux plan but that won't be an issue for nine more months or thereabout.
Feel free to move my billing into ClientExec, just let me know.
I just signed up for another reseller account last night, so hopefully that will go on the ClientExec system too.

Very cool. So you will send us login info for our accounts we had going through 2CO.
And once everythings moved into CE, will the recurring charges on 2CO be cancelled and all our charges will go through CE? I have three different plans going right now, and I will probably be adding a fourth in the next couple months, will all my plans show up in CE under one login, or will I have a different CE login for each plan?
I'm glad you got CE going, its easy to update our info and cards then getting lost with 2CO.
Keep up the good work, innovation and uptime . . . After this weekend when I move my clients into my new reseller plan, Hosting Fest will be my sole hosting provider.

Your charges will go through CE, this is right and it is up to you to leave or not the recurrent invoices from 2CO. No, you will have them all in the same account at CE. MyNet-Tony wrote: I'm glad you got CE going, its easy to update our info and cards then getting lost with 2CO. So are you going to send us an email letting us know CE if fully ready so we can go and cancel the 2CO recurring invoices?
And are you going to give us our login details for CE?
Right now, my new account I ordered last night is setup in CE and it only has the invoice for the one new account and not my other two.
Just curious. If I am getting ahead and an email is forthcoming with all the info, you guys can tell me to shut up.

We are not sending login details right now, people who get invoices from the system login by clicking the forget password link, i am preparing the first HostingFest newsletter which will update clients about almost everything happening here.
All your accounts show up in clientexec and are moved into it. The reason why only one invoice is showing up is because it is the only one due now.

Ok so all my invoices are under that new login. Gotcha. I will be paying that invoice after work today.
A newsletter . . . very cool.
